As of 2024, about 52 of the 500 Fortune 500 companies are led by women. To raise awareness of this fact and recognize companies that practice female leadership, we created the shEO stamp of approval. A certification tag that the most influential companies can use to demonstrate their commitment to female empowerment. The shEO tag will be implemented on company websites, networking sites, and business magazines to highlight gender inequality in the corporate sphere.
